Within the ASCE/SEI 7-22 framework, MkaPEB incorporates key code-based provisions when generating environmental load cases for single-story buildings and applying them to both primary frames (rafters/columns) and secondary members (purlins/girts). The examples in this section demonstrate how the software considers items such as roof live-load reduction and partial-loading patterns for continuous members, balanced versus unbalanced snow loading (including minimum snow checks), snow drift effects at parapets and on lower roofs, sliding snow conditions based on roof slope and surface type, and wind loading for both MWFRS (Envelope Procedure) and Components & Cladding.
